Creekside Construction has been a part of the North Idaho community for more than three decades. We’ve watched this region grow, and we’ve had the privilege of building homes for the families who make it great — from Coeur d’Alene and Hayden to Sandpoint, Post Falls, and beyond.

Yes. Creekside’s Director of Insurance Restoration, Steve Cates, leads our restoration division. We work with homeowners and insurance carriers to restore homes damaged by fire, water, wind, and other events — bringing them back to full beauty, and often better than before.
We start every project by getting to know you — your goals, your budget, and your vision. From there, we provide clear estimates, keep you informed throughout the build, and don’t consider the job done until you’re completely satisfied. We also back our work with a commitment that extends well beyond move-in day.
